This is the parade that you cannot miss! As is true with most things in life, the fun begins when the sun goes down. Illuminated floats tour through downtown Crown Point during this year's St. Patrick's Day parade. Irish musical acts like the Lake County Pipes and Drums and the Band of Brothers play their hearts out to guide the parade with Celtic rhythms. This is an absolute must for all regionites.

The parade takes place rain or shine, so be ready for a night to remember. You'll be able to find corned beef and cabbage dinners before the parade at the local fire station. The parade will begin on South Main Street in the downtown area. Find more information here.
