The South Shore CVA uses the software CRM (Customer Relations Management) to choose correspondence that each partner can receive. The partner/CVA staff member determines collectively what communication the partner will receive. The menu includes printed newsletter, electronic newsletters, special events, hospitality meetings, board meetings and other events and/or communications as they arise. If you no longer wish to receive certain communications from the South Shore CVA, you may email our Director of Public and Community Relations.
