The Lake County Parks and Recreation Department operates and maintains the following park facilities: Buckley Homestead, Cedar Creek Family Golf Center, Deep River County Park, Deep River Waterpark, Gibson Woods Nature Preserve, Grand Kankakee Marsh, Lake Etta, Lemon Lake, Oak Ridge Prairie and Oak Savannah Trail, Stoney Run, Three Rivers and Bellaboo's Play and Discovery Center, Turkey Creek Golf Course and Whihala Beach.
