Welcome NSA players, families and fans to South Shore Promotion's 2009 NSA Girls Fast Pitch "B" World Series special events website! We look forward to hosting your World Series again this summer!

Special events, listed below, have been scheduled to help plan your week in Northwest Indiana. All participants are encouraged to take advantage of what the South Shore has to offer and attend these events. Events

Sunday July 19th, 2009

2:00 pm-The Gary South Shore RailCats vs. the Schaumburg Flyers.
-Discounted prices available for NSA teams (see flyer).
-The first 1,500 fans will receive a free beach towel.
-On field NSA Party immediately following the game with activities on the field and all you can eat hamburgers and hot dogs.

Monday July 20th, 2009

8:00 am -Pool play will begin.

NSA Opening Ceremonies: Crown Point Downtown Block Party!
Parking is assigned based on age bracket.
8U, 10U, & 12U will park at the Crown Point Sportsplex
14U & 16U will park at the Col. Wheeler Middle School

5:00-6:00 pm- Staging
6:00-7:00 pm- Opening Ceremonies Parade
7:00-7:30 pm- Opening Ceremonies Presentation
9:00 pm/ dusk-The firework show will begin
The opening ceremonies will take place in Crown Point at the NSA Block Party. Musical entertainment and food vendors will be available throughout the block party. A firework show will cap off the evening.

Tuesday July 21st, 2009

Join in the FUN at "NSA Day" at Deep River Waterpark, Chicagoland's Largest and Indiana's Premiere waterpark! It's close by, just east of I-65 on US Hwy. 30. Coupons will be with your registration material and will admit you for only $10.00 [a savings of up to $8.95] anytime after 2:00pm and you can stay until 9:30pm...DJ starts at 6:00pm...you just can't beat SPLASHIN' & DANCIN'!
