Note: Players do not need to check in. If you cannot make the CHECK IN you will need to have a representative check in for your team. Please make sure this is a responsible person as any last minute important items will be covered at this meeting.

Teams will complete a series of contests for prizes. Contest registration will take place at the fields. Winners will be announced in the evening at the opening ceremonies.

Staging (5:30PM-6PM): Teams check in at the park pavilion (near playground)
Parade Start Time: 6PM
Parade Route: The parade will start at the north end of the sidewalk between fields 5 and 7. Teams will walk south to Field 9. Teams will assemble in the outfield. Families are invited to line the sidewalk and welcome the teams. The parade will conclude with the national anthem, welcome greetings from Mayor Uran and South Shore CVA's Speros Batistatos, skills announcements, World Series picture and then the block party will begin!

Entertainment: Dunk tank, K9 demonstration, inflatables, green screen, DJ, Jenga, food vendors, bags and NSA merchandise
