The South Shore is the perfect destination for your next sporting event. Situated just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, our centralized location along major thoroughfares like I-65, I-80/90 and US 30 make us easily accessible from almost anywhere in the United States.Home to several hotels and event facilities, the South Shore has hosted many successful events including the Lutheran Basketball Association's National Championships, the National Softball Association's Girls Fast Pitch 'B' World Series, the Professional Disc Golf World Championships and Leon's Triathlon.
South Shore Sports Promotions (SSSP) offers sports and event planners the necessary tools to plan events and tournaments of any size. This includes site inspections, housing services, organizing special events, coordinating and designing marketing campaigns and securing sponsors.

The displays include: Higbee’s Department Store Window, Flick’s Tongue and the Triple Dog Dare, It’s a Major Award, Santa’s Mountain at Higbee’s, the Bumpus Hounds, and the Parker Living Room.
