Greg Falkowski resides outside of Hebron with his wife Natalie and two children, Mason and Haley. Greg is currently the Chief Operating Officer at the South Shore Convention & Visitors Authority. If Greg is not working with the SSCVA to attract sporting events to northwest Indiana, there is a good chance you will find him in a gym or ball field around the region. He serves as president of the Four Seasons Youth Basketball League and coaches both Haley and Mason. When not coaching, he grabs a whistle and is a licensed IHSAA basketball official. Outside of basketball season, Greg is on the coaching staff for Mason's baseball team - the Duneland Flyers. The family thoroughly enjoys the outdoors, especially the Dunes National Park - you will find them hiking, biking, kayaking or camping there in the spring and fall.

Greg joined the Army shortly after 9/11, completing multiple assignments as an Imagery Analyst. After graduating from Valparaiso University, he became a Union Carpenter working on various industrial projects throughout the region. In 2014, Greg took on the role of Planning Director for the City of Crown Point and one year later he was asked to serve as Chief of Staff, a position he held until 2022 when he transitioned from the city to work on regional tourism along the South Shore of Lake Michigan.
