By entering the 2025 SSCVA Gary Air Show Promotion, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions below.
1. Eligibility
a. The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
b. Only one entry per email address is permitted.
c. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of the South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority (SSCVA) are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
a. To enter the promotion, participants must submit their email address as directed by the official SSCVA Gary Air Show 2025 Promotion announcement.
b. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
3. Promotional Period with Prize Packages.
a. The promotion begins on February 20, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2025.
b. The 2025 SSCVA Gary Air Show Promotion will award two separate prize packages:
A. Prize Package 1 – Gary Air Show VIP Weekend Experience: Overnight accommodations for two nights, VIP parking passes and food vouchers for the air show, two air show t-shirts and a welcome gift at the hotel.
B. Prize Package 2 – Details Coming Soon: The second prize package is currently being finalized and will be announced later during the promotion period.
4 Selection of Winners
a. Winners will be selected through an online randomizer.
b. The selection of winners will be final.
5 Notification of Winners
a. Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours after the promotion period ends.
b. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.
6 Verification of Winners
a. Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility and agree to the terms before the prize is awarded.
7. General Conditions
a. SSCVA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion in the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
b. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SSCVA, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any liability arising from the promotion or the acceptance and use of any prize.
c. In case of event cancellation or rescheduling, SSCVA is not responsible for providing an alternate prize.
8. Publicity Clause
a. By entering the contest, participants agree to receive weekly event and/or monthly consumer emails. Winners, by accepting a prize, also consent to the use of their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes by SSCVA without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Data Privacy
a. By entering, participants agree to the collection of their email address for the purposes of the giveaway. SSCVA will not sell or share email addresses for any other purpose without consent.
10. No Purchase Necessary
a. A purchase is not required to enter the promotion.
11. Dispute Resolution
a. Any disputes arising out of or connected to this promotion will be resolved individually, without resorting to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate courts in Indiana.
12. Miscellaneous Terms
a. Entries submitted after the promotion will not be considered.
b. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
c. Travel and accommodations are not included in either prize package.
d. Winners are responsible for their own transportation and lodging expenses. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes associated with accepting the prize.
