The Annual Goodstock Music Festival: Operation Restoring Hope Music Festival will be held in Goodland, Ind. on Aug 19. Admission ranges from $20 to $75; children 10 and under are free. The 4th Annual festival takes place in Foster Park and is a community effort to raise money for Mary T. Klinker Veterans Resource Center in Lafayette.

The Festival begins at 1:30 p.m. (CST) and includes opening ceremonies, live entertainment, food vendors and a beer garden. The 2017 music schedule includes: Rodney Watts & Soldiers Pride at 2:00 p.m., the Jason Wells Band at 4:00 p.m.; Mike Milligan and Steam Shovel at 5:30 p.m.; Madrigal - The Ultimate Santana Tribute at 7:30 p.m. and headliner Jack Russell's Great White at 9:30 p.m.

Families can also enjoy the Goodstock Color Dash 5K Run/Walk on Aug 19 at 8:00 a.m. with Registration at 7:00 a.m. Bikers can take part in the Goodstock Benefit Ride on Aug 19 at 9:30 a.m. Cost for a single rider is $20 and Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. Benefit Ride costs cover admission to the Music Festival.

The Remembering Our Fallen Memorial will also be a part on the 2017 Goodstock Music Festival. The memorial will be on display at the Goodland Community Center located at 110 N. Benton St. (across from Foster Park) from Aug 16 to Aug 22. The memorial is a pictorial display dedicated to all the men and women from Indiana who lost their lives during The War on Terrorism post 9/11.
