This offers guests the opportunity to submit nominations immediately following an excellent service experience.
The ROSE Awards honor front-line employees for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. Guests, managers and owners are encouraged to nominate an employee who consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty to make a guest's experience positive and enjoyable.
Nominees should be non-managerial or hourly employees from a service-related business who interact directly with customers on a regular basis. Nominees may be a manager if the nomination refers to their customer service while working in a front-line capacity. Nominations should be as specific as possible and the descriptions should be more than 40 words but less than 200.
