Savor Indiana, a television show that features food and travel destinations throughout Indiana, is beginning the production phase of the Jasper and Newton County-themed program scheduled to air later this year.

Producers of the PBS show began working with the South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority and the Jasper County Economic Development Organization in May to conduct site visits with the local businesses and attractions that will be featured in the episode. Since the site visits, scripts have been developed and the Savor Indiana team is returning to begin filming.
