The South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority will launch their new paperless board book at the September monthly board meeting. The new technology, Passageways Board Portal, will be demonstrated and utilized during the meeting. The South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority is the first bureau in the state to utilize this technology.

In addition to the implementation of the new technology, the Board of Directors will hear an address on the state of tourism from Mark Newman, executive director for the Indiana Office of Tourism Development.

The South Shore CVA September board meeting will begin at noon on Wednesday, September 25, and will be hosted at the Indiana Welcome, 7770 Corinne Drive, Hammond, IN 46323.
