The Sparta Dome is located within the Crown Point Sportsplex, and offers more than 100,000 square feet of space without barriers. The dome provides players from all sports a location to play their game 365 days a year. Amenities include a concession area, bathrooms, a mezzanine section that seats up to 300 spectators, and a large meeting room that can be divided into two.
Tae'Ni Chang-Stroman, one of the owners of the Sparta Dome, hopes the dome will become a consistent venue for numerous sporting events and league play for baseball, softball, full-field soccer, rugby, lacrosse and more.
Change-Stroman explained that though the space is built for sports, the Sparta Dome can host a variety of events.
"The type of event hosted here is really up to the imagination of the event planner," stated Chang-Stroman. "Our eyes are open to anything."
