Activities for all ages hit the shores of Cedar Lake this weekend from July 2-5 during Summerfest! Live entertainment from multiple local acts will hit the stage during this four-day festival at the Cedar Lake Town Complex. Zipline your way or perch on the sandbars with your boat to dive into 18 acres of fun. Rumor has it that Ronald McDonald is appearing at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 5, for a special meet and greet for attendees.

Newton County Pun'kin Vine Fair

Where can I find my country music fans? The 95th Annual Newton County Pun'kin Vine Fair made a special order to bring CMA nominated artist and ACM New Artist of the Year winner, Cole Swindell, to headline the fair on Tuesday, July 14, at 8 p.m. One of country music's most compelling singer-songwriters is rumored to put on a show unlike anything hitting Northwest Indiana stages this summer! Festival of the Lakes

Five amazing acts headline the stage at this year's Festival of the Lakes at The Pavilion at Wolf Lake July 15-19. Music acts like BOSTON, Alien Ant Farm and The Charlie Daniels Band will perform in front of more than 50,000 people at the 13th annual event. Jasper County Fair

Your special musical guest and headliner of the 91st Annual Jasper County Fair, with Madd Hoss Jackson as his special guest, is none other than country superstar, Craig Morgan. This year's fair takes place July 18-24 with Craig Morgan storming the stage on Sunday, July 19. Tickets for the event begin as low as $20 for grandstand seating. The Verve Pipe wrote a little ditty back in 1996 all about the experience and you can relive the 90s glory when the group headlines 2015's Rock the Arts in downtown Rensselaer. Playing alongside the group will be Mike Mains & The Branches, Modoc, Xoewise, The Mutts, Tall Walker, Raura and Jackson Drake.
