Meditation is good for developing concentration, relieving stress and organizing thoughts. Experience guided meditations with different techniques, and learn to create an at-home practice. These workshops are for beginners or seasoned practitioners.
This $30 program takes place 4 different times in 2019 at the peaceful Brincka Cross Gardens. Each is a Saturday from 1-3pm. Be sure to use the event ticket link to register.
