Keep South Shore Safe

Masks are required on public transportation, and in LaPorte Lake Counties as well as on national park and state government properties, both inside buildings and in outdoor spaces where you cannot socially distance. Most businesses still require masks and we suggest calling ahead or checking online for details regarding each business’s policy.

Spring Activities

As winter fades to spring and the snow melts to new growth, experience the changing of the seasons by freeing yourself from the indoors and exploring one of the many trails along the South Shore. If you're planning to take a trip down the 70 miles of trails, don't forget to bring your binoculars and bird watch as they make their way back to the area.

Dust off the golf clubs and practice your drive at one of the many challenging and fun golf courses.

Spring time along the South Shore is full of things to do as the weather gets warmer.
