First Course (choose one):
- Beets & Burrata -
Hibiscus glaze, herbs, cumin crunch, pumpkin seed oil

- Wild Mushrooms Pupusa -
Oyster mushroom al pastor, masa flatbread, arugula salad, lime crema, salsa matcha, cotija

- Butternut Squash Bisque -
Pumpkin oil, lime crema, pepitas
 

Second Course (choose one):
- 6 oz. Flat Iron Steak -
Red pepper chimichurri, crispy fingerling, salsa huancaina

- Brazilian Coconut Chicken -
Arroz con gandules, sweet plantains

- Chili Relleno -
Stuffed coal roasted poblano, butternut squash, oaxaca, salsa kolito, epazote

 

Third Course (choose one):
- Chocolate Pastel -
Chocolate pudding cake, cafecito chocolate sauce, canela ice cream

- Churros de Bolsa -
Bag of churro doughnuts, Mexican chocolate, and berry dipping sauce
