The South Shore CVA’s chief marketing officer, Heather Becerra, and chief technology officer, Luke Weinman IV, will discuss some exciting new projects for 2018 including new features on the South Shore Brewery Trail app, a refreshed website design that will include a new itinerary builder and the "Flick Cam" and how you can use this new resource at your business!

Learn how the South Shore CVA is leveraging user-generated content with video on social media to help visitors plan their vacations to your attractions. Get your content into newsfeeds and pick up a trick or two for yourself in this engaging workshop led by our social media specialist, Tyler Malec.

11:45am-1:00pm - Elephants Don’t Bite – Donkeys Don’t Kick

Our guest speaker, Roger Rickard, will discuss how to engage as a non-partisan advocate. During this interactive session, be inspired by a message that examines the important role each and every citizen has in advocating for issues important to them. Together, you will become aware of successful strategies to create influence and garner support for projects beneficial to you, your organization and things that are important to you. You will leave with the tools needed to communicate with a stronger voice and advocate for what you believe in.
