The Lake County Convention and Visitors Bureau (d.b.a. South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority) Board of Directors will meet on the third Thursday of each month at noon unless otherwise noted. The meeting date and time are subject to change. Members will be notified if a change occurs. Executive sessions will be advertised at least 48 hours before the meeting. No outside food or drink is permitted during the meeting.
The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at the Indiana Welcome Center, 7770 Corinne Drive, Hammond. The Board will meet in an executive session at 11:30a.m. in pursuit of I.C. 5-14-1.5-6 (b) (2) (B) - to discuss ongoing litigation. The regularly scheduled meeting will be held immediately following at 12 p.m.
