Leon's Triathlon

The world renowned triathlon returns to the scenic Wolf Lake area of Hammond, Ind. Televised internationally to more than 40 million households on Comcast SportsNet, Leon's has quickly become one of the most recognized and talked about triathlons in the world.

Its unique course layout and the collaboration of dozens of police agencies, cities and government entities make this event a true spectacle and one that all residents of Northwest Indiana are proud of.

NSA Girls Fast Pitch 'B-C' World Series

8,000 athletes, coaches and parents from six states descended on Northwest Indiana in 2018 for the NSA World Series. The event kicked off with a parade and opening ceremony celebration hosted at Festival Park in the City of Hobart. 194 teams participated in the event, 32 fields in Lake, Porter and LaPorte counties were utilized, more than 1,700 room nights were booked and the opening block party and championship games from the Crown Point Sportsplex were live streamed.
