If your large convention requires multiple hotels for overflow, let the South Shore CVA gather room blocks and rates and provide the housing services through our online reservation system.
Your delegates can access the list of hotels and group rates for your particular meeting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also have staff available to answer questions or assist with reservations, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.
As the Meeting Planner, you can access real-time information on your group blocks including room pick-up, room availability and other event information.
