The annual Recognition of Service Excellence (R.O.S.E.) Awards honor individuals who serve customers on a daily basis and who continually go above and beyond the call of duty. It is these individuals who have the most contact with customers and influence the experience a guest has in the South Shore.
You may also nominate for the Recognition of Industry Success and Excellence Award (R.I.S.E.). These nominees may be managerial employees or past R.O.S.E. winners, who have risen above expectations when directly interacting with customers on a regular basis.
The awards honor individuals that treat customers as if they are a member of their own family and who consistently go the extra mile and demonstrate a tremendous dedication to their job.
