Casinos

During Indiana’s Phase One plan to reopen, the Indiana Gaming Commission has outlined health and safety guidelines for casinos. Please be advised of the following changes to Indiana’s casinos.

  • Occupancy will be limited to 50% during Phase One and efforts will be made to enforce patrons from congregating in violation of the six-foot social distancing guideline.
  • Clear barriers may be installed throughout the casino where patrons would be closer than 6 feet from an employee.
  • Hand sanitizer will be required before gaining admittance.
  • No more than three individuals not traveling together will be permitted on an elevator at any time.
  • Smoking will be limited to designated areas with increased fresh air inside facilities.
  • Electronic gaming devices and sportsbooks will be marked off to ensure patrons are not within six feet of each other.
  • Table games will be limited to three players each.
  • Roulette games will be limited to four players each.
  • Craps games will be limited to six players each.
  • Cards will be replaced before each shift and chips must be disinfected at least every two hours. Dice must be disinfected for each new shooter.
  • Players and employees at table games are required to wear masks and over-the-shoulder play is not permitted.

Activities prohibited at Indiana casinos until further notice:
