Expect high waves and dangerous currents at Lake Michigan beaches. Whether your passion is hiking, biking, fishing, boating, picnicking, or simply catching a few rays in the sunshine, Rogers-Lakewood provides something for every member of the family. Available activities and facilities include: Disc Golf Course, Skate Park, Discovery Day Camp, Hayrides, Lakewood Link Lakewood Park Store, rentals for Rowboats ($5 per hour), Paddle Boats ($5 per half hour), and Fishing Poles ($20 for 2 hours). Sledding is sled at your own risk. To find the hill, after you enter the park, turn left at the first stop sign and head down until you get to the parking lot at the end. You should see the sign for sledding. You can also ice fish is the lake is frozen. There are no sled rentals or park staff on duty. Sled at your own risk.
